Reservations & Cancellations

Booking: Reservations can be made via our website or by calling us directly.

Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations of large groups (6+ people).

Late Arrival: Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation time before being released.

Online Ordering & Delivery

Accuracy: Please ensure all contact and delivery information is correct. BanCan Kitchen is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Pricing: All prices are in CAD and are subject to applicable taxes (HST). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds: If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at +1 416-469-0002. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Catering Services

Catering orders require a minimum notice period (typically 48-72 hours).

A deposit may be required to secure large catering events. Please refer to your specific catering contract for detailed cancellation policies.

Dietary Information & Allergies

While we offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options (such as our Biryani and Momos), our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and gluten. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. Please notify your server or include a note in your online order regarding any severe allergies.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images of our dishes, and text, is the property of BanCan Kitchen and may not be used without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

BanCan Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the consumption of our products, to the extent permitted by Ontario law.
